The service at Dance Supplies is outstanding! I went there looking for a flesh tone (African American) leotard, tights, and shoes for our dancer. The staff was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and patient - making sure we got the color as close as possible. They checked their inventory thoroughly to find what we needed. It was worth the drive!
I truly enjoyed my experience this morning! I found exactly what I needed (and more) for an affordable price and was treated with the utmost care; knowledgeable staff and super customer service ! My daughter and I can’t wait to return.
Had exactly what we needed. Friendly and helpful staff. As a mother to a beautiful Black girl who dances- they had a good collection of Black nude necessities.
I have asked three different questions, one of them three different times three different ways, so a total of five questions. Two of the five questions were never answered, and the remaining three were answered so convolutedly, that no response would have provided more information than the words spoken.
I had a last minute emergency that was needed for a funeral. The family requested the dancers to wear pink and green. I called so many places, searched so many websites in the area... NOTHING! Everyone told
me if it’s not Easter time, those colors are hard to find. 😞😔😑 ready to give up and I finally came across this store. I called and ask the young lady if they just had anything pink, right away she said YES! I said OMG do you have two? She said yes AND that she would hold them for me! I had to drive over an hour away to get there and right away I said what I was here for and she greeted me by name! She also helped me find a couple more things we needed!
She was very welcoming and had amazing customer service! Even another lady came in frantic just like me and she was also able to assist her with the same way she had for me!!
Our dance turned out beautifully for the home-going of our praise dance leader♥️😔🙌🏾

Ordered items on Monday and paid for 2-day shipping to be sure I'd have them by Saturday. They created the label on Tuesday, but didn't ship them until Wednesday, after I called to find out why it hadn't shipped. I was told the package had already left the building, but that wasn't true. UPS tracking shows it was picked up 2 hours later. Now I'm being told by UPS that I won't have the items until next Monday. When I called they offered to refund shipping but said it was "Out of their hands." So frustrating when a business doesn't take responsibility for their mistakes!

This place is awesome! Huge store with huge selection of high-quality dance apparel, shoes, accessories. The staff are very knowledgeable about their inventory and how best to fit you. I needed jazz shoes desperately fast & they had plenty in every size. Plenty of parking in a nice shopping center. Love this store!
